This full-service recreation center has a gymnasium, large and small program/meeting rooms, and a kitchen. There is a banquet room that can be reserved for special events and holds 180 people.

Belly Dancing
Start off on the right foot! Let our instructor guide you through the fundamental movements, combinations
and music appreciation in the Beginners class. Those comfortable with the basics can explore a variety of choreographies in the Intermediate class while improving retention coordination and technique.
Experience the camaraderie of troupe dancing in the Advanced class where emphasis is placed on performance skills and the dynamic elements of group dances.

Child & Babysitting Safety
The Child and Babysitting Safety program is a community education program that covers child safety
and basic care techniques for infants and children. CABS stresses the priority to keep you and the children you care for safe. Babysitting is not just "watching" the children, but being responsible for their safety and wellbeing. Youth will also earn certification in First Aid and CPR. Pre-registration is required.

Dog Flyball Classes
Come play with us. Flyball is the fastest growing dog sport in the US. All dogs are welcomed to participate, regardless of size or breed. Flyball is a fast paced, exciting dog relay with four dogs running and jumping over four jumps hitting a box to retrieve a ball and returning, at which point the next dog goes. We teach the beginning skills of passing, the swimmers turn on the box, ball retrieval and recall to the handler. If you have a dog that needs activity in his life this sport is for you.

Honor Guard

Knitting Angels
Knitting Angels are ladies who knit beanies, blankets and scarves for needy and deserving groups. Each month the ladies share their hard work with premature babies, cancer patients and others who may need some extra warmth in their life. If you would like to enjoy friendly conversation and do something great for others, this is a great place to start. If you don't know how, no problem; the Knitting Angels can teach you. Let's Move is First Lady Michelle Obama's initiative to solve the problem of childhood obesity within a
generation so that every child born today grows up healthy. The goal is to increase opportunities for physical activity and empower parents and caregivers to make healthy choices for their families. This is ambitious, but it can be done so we're asking everyone to do their part, especially kids like you. By eating right and being active, you can be healthy and achieve your dreams. This program will support the President's youth fitness program.

Little Hitters Program
If your preschooler loves to sit and watch baseball then we have a beginner's t-ball program for 3 and 4 year olds. This program will help children learn coordination, basic fundamentals, and teamwork. These games are noncompetitive. Parents will be allowed to assist their child. Birth certificate required. Pet First Aid
Are you a dog or cat owner that would like to learn how to save your pets' life at a moment's notice? This is a course designed for animal lovers in case the dog or cat loses responsiveness and stops breathing or becomes injured. The CPR/ first aid training for your dog/cat may be just what you were looking for so that you are emergency prepared for "man's best friend". This versatile comprehensive program is ideal for not only new pet owners and older children, but also for anyone working in an occupation that requires pet supervision or services. Quinceanera Program
The purpose of this program is to encourage young Latinas to participate in the celebration of their rite of passage and connect with their rich cultural heritage. With this in mind, the Quinceanera program is a personal journey and requires attendance and participation in educational/cultural workshops, practice sessions for celebration, dress fittings and dance lessons. Volleyball Clinic
Can You Dig It! Our volleyball clinics introduce basic volleyball skills: forearm passing, overhead passing (setting) and serving. Participants will get a high number of repetitions to practice these skills and will be introduced to basic volleyball concepts such as serve receive. Small-sided games will be utilized to put skills into practice.

Soccer Clinic
Ready, Set, Score! Our soccer clinics focus on a variety of basic skills including dribbling, passing, trapping and proper kicking technique. We will also introduce parts of the game such as throw ins, corner kicks and penalty kicks. Participants will play small-sided games to maximize touches on the ball.
