Table Tennis Skills Clinic
The Cape Fear Balls of Fury Table Tennis Club will be sponsoring two skills clinics for aspiring table tennis players to work on chosen mechanical aspects of the game of table tennis. Through instruction drills and repetition, our clinician will give you the tools needed to raise your skill level and/or your player rating. For more information call the Massey Hill Recreation Center.

Empowering Hope Through Fitness
Aerobics helps relieve stress, strengthens your flexibility, improves your health, and allows you to enjoy a time of fellowship. Join us and jumpstart a new school year with health. This program is held in cooperation with Hope Christian Church.
