Pami-Kol
If you’re looking for a martial arts program with a different approach, check out Pami-Kol, a comprehensive martial art born from a variety of style refined to the very besttechniques that are quick and easily taught. Terrific Kids Preschool
This program is designed for children to grow and learn prewriting skills, reading, early math, foreign language and more in an environment that emphasizes academic wellness and supports good behavior. Our students are encouraged to be creative, laugh, and follow directions. Child must be potty trained. This program follows the Cumberland County School calendar.

Kathy Pate’s Step, Core & More
Come and join us in a basic to intermediate step class with low and high impact moves. We also have a mix of floor aerobics, toning, strength training, and ABS. all equipment provided. First class is free.

Zumba
Do you want to work out and forget that you’re working out? Zumba’s the way to go! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International dance combine with fi tness. No dance experience needed. You can burn up to 900 calories per class. Try your first class for free.

Dance Classes
Come learn the basic tumbling, ballet, tap, hip hop and jazz. Beginner, intermediate, advance, all is welcome. Come register at recreation center. The first class is free.

Kids in the Kitchen
Does your child enjoy cooking or want to learn how to cook? This class is a great opportunity for your child to learn hand on. Your child will prepare a meal that he/she can prepare at home.

Youth Open Gym
Come and work on your basketball skills and play against others your age. A completed permission form signed by a parent or guardian must be on file to play basketball. Gym hours will vary depending on center activities. Gym shoes and clothes must be worn.

Adult Open Play
Time to get in shape…sweat those pounds off! Players must complete a registration form. Gym hours will vary depending on center activities. A valid picture ID is required in order to participate.

Pine Forest & American Red Cross Club in a Box
This club is designed for church youth groups and high school students and will promote teamwork and leadership. The program is structured in a youth development setting, including meetings, community service opportunities, and planning and implementing specific projects while working with their peers. Training is also conducted by the American Red Cross.

Church Youth Group Program
Calling all churches in the Pine Forest district, let’s work together and have fun, while implementing youth
development programs. Each month, Pine Forest will offer one program free of charge for the youth of your church. Times may vary for special guest speakers.

Parents Night Out
Moms and Dads need some alone time. Register your child for some kid’s social time. They will bake cookies, play group games and watch a movie.
