Youth Open Gym (Summer Hours)
Practice your basketball skills and meet new friends, all while improving your physical fi tness! All participants must have a current waiver on file. Hours may vary depending on center activities.

Adult Open Gym (Summer Hours)
Come have fun while improving your cardiovascular health and overall physical fi tness. All participants must complete a current waiver and present a current form of identification to be admitted. Hours may vary depending on center activities.

Take a stroll or get your evening run in on our paved walking track, located next to the recreation center. For those of you who are keeping count, five laps around thetrack equal one mile.

Kidz Cooking Corner
Are your children interested in helping in the kitchen? If so, then they should check out our cooking night for children. They will learn how to cook different types of food. We are only taking 12 participants each night so be sure to reserve your spot! Registration deadline is 7 days prior to class.

Zumba is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Using upbeat Latin music together with

Join this old style step dancing class as an individual or a group to help in telling the story of Irish dancing.

Yvette's Dance Academy
In this upbeat and exciting class participants learn basic techniques and fundamentals of dance. This class also improves coordination, fl exibility and endurance. It is great for both beginners and intermediate students.

Stoney Point Youth Advance Series

Senior Elite Program
Got free time? Interested in volunteering? We welcome seniors who can spare some of their time for our classes and special events such as Kidz Cooking Corner, Bingo night, tutoring, Fun for the Fourth, etc. Please contact center for more details.

Triple P Night: Pizza/Project/Pajamas
Register your child for a fun fi lled triple p night. There will be pizza, a movie and a project related to the night's film. Dress Code: Pajamas!

Fundamental Sports Volleyball Clinic
Clinic will introduce basic volleyball skills such as forearm passing, overhead passing (setting), and serving. Participants will get a high number of repetitions to practice these skills and will be introduced to basic volleyball concepts such as serve receive. Small-sided games will be utilized to put skills into practice. All participants will receive a t-shirt.

Fitness Fun Day
Bring your child out for a great day of fi tness activities. It is a great way to get them interested in being active. Activities will include ZumbAtomic, kickball, fitness competition and crafts.
