Kids Fest

Take advantage of this FREE event in Festival Park.  There will be arts and crafts, games and inflatable attractions for the youngsters.  Several community agencies are expected to be on hand with family-based information and goodies. Date TBA.

Haunted Hayride
Located at Arnette Park, the Haunted Hayride is a one-mile open-air ride that transports you to the Haunted Trail and Marlowe Mansion (our haunted house). NOTE: This event is designed to scare and is not recommended for small children. For more information, call 433-1547.

Fayetteville-Cumberland Metric Century Bike Ride
12, 30 or 62-mile Bike Ride through Fayetteville and Cumberland County. Starts in Festival Park. All proceeds go to benefit Special Olympics Cumberland County. Register at FCPR Administrative Office and online at www.active.com. On-site registration begins at 7 am on the day of the ride. For more information, call 433-1547.

31st Annual International Folk Festival
This special event for which the City is a co-sponsor is always the 4th weekend of Sept.  International Folk Festival (IFF) Fourth Friday activities include the opening of International Voices and Perspectives, a juried art competition, and live entertainment at the Arts Center, 301 Hay Street. Saturday starts with the Parade of Nations along Hay Street at 10 am. Festivities continue at Festival Park and the surrounding area from Noon to 6 pm with food, arts and crafts and stunning entertainment on multiple stages. IFF Sun. hours are Noon to 6 pm. Fayetteville After Five
The Fayetteville Museum of Art Fayetteville After Five free concert series at Festival Park. This relaxing event is a chance for folks to gather for a program of music, art, food and fun. The popular outdoor
