Sports Camps

Sports Camps are held from mid-June to early July.  See below for available sports camps. 

Soccer Camp (June 21-25)

Register your child to improve his/her soccer skills.  This camp will focus on basic fundamental of soccer: dribbling, passing, shooting, one-on-one, offense/defense, high level of soccer skills for the older children and lots of game play.  Campers should bring two snacks and lunch each day.  Register at any recreation center. Deadline to register is June 9.

Basketball Camp (June 14-18)

This exciting camp features skills, drills, and motivational encouragement. Register at your closest recreation center.  Deadline to register is May 31.

Cheerleading Camp (July 12-16)

Beginning and intermediate future cheerleaders will learn new cheers, great stunts, and proper tumbling to put them well on their way to becoming great cheerleaders.  Register at your closest recreation center. Deadline to register is June 23.

at College Lakes Recreation Center

Golf Camp (June 5 & 12)
This brand new camp, in partnership with the Methodist University PGA Golf Management Program, was developed to give youth a chance to receive basic fundamental golf instruction prior to joining the new Golf League. Register at your closest recreation center. Registration Deadline is June 1. Camp will be held at Methodist University golf course.
Ages 7-14; June 5 & 12; 8-11am; $30.
