Want to Volunteer?
Youth Sports
Volunteer coaches make our programs work. What can be more satisfying than working with children in team sports? You don’t need experience, just the desire to work with boys and girls, show them how to have fun and teach skills based on their age level. Talk to the staff at the recreation center nearest your home about getting involved. If you need more information, please call the athletic staff at 910-433-1547. We need you!
Recreation Centers
There are many opportunities at the centers for volunteers, including camps, sports, dances, community activities, and assisting visitors. Ask the staff at the center closest to your home how you can help. If you aren’t sure which center is near you, call our administrative office at 910-433-1547.
