Effective July 10, 2020: FCPR pools and splash pads will remain closed for the duration of the 2020 season and camps will not operate this summer. These decisions were made with support from the City of Fayetteville's Emergency Management team and Cumberland County Health Department. FCPR facilities remain closed to public access. FCPR will conduct business over the phone and online. General Information: 910-433-1547; Email:; Website: FCPR has postponed all department organized programs, activities, athletics, special events and rentals until further notice. FCPR will not take any additional shelter or room reservations until further notice. FCPR staff will contact and work with affected individuals and groups to reschedule or refund at a later date. As conditions change, the status of these postponements and closures will be re-evaluated. Parks and trails are currently open (playgrounds, outdoor basketball courts and the skate park remain closed). Use caution and practice social distancing.

  • Jeremy Mincey Named 2019 SONC Coordinator of the Year

    Jeremy Mincey is no stranger to the power of inclusive sports for both individuals with and without intellectual disabilities. In his position as adaptive sports athletic coordinator for FCPR, Mincey works to develop and maintain inclusive sports programming for SONC and his local community. For 2019-2020, SONC has selected Mincey as Coordinator of the Year.

  • Splash Pad Wheelchair Checkout

    FCPR will have aquatic wheelchairs available for checkout at the Massey Hill Recreation Center and Gilmore Therapeutic Recreation Center Splash Pads.
